↳ Small frequent updates lead to behaviour change.

↳ Start with existing ideas (everyone has them)
↳ What are some some new ideas.
↳ “How would superman solve this?”

3️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲
↳ What would make the most impact?
↳What do you want to do in your gut (energy)?
↳What will you do?

4️⃣ 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ⚡️
↳ How will you put this into action.

You can do this.

You have the time.

You don’t need to have coaching training.
