about the workshop
Business Model Canvas - This is a visual chart with elements describing a product's value proposition, infrastructure, customers and finances. It assists firms in aligning their activities by illustrating potential trade-offs.
Develop a story arc and storyboard - This story arc follows a day in the life of someone using your product. In this concept, we follow a customer through their life as they encounter problems that your product solves. From this we will develop a storyboard which will define the flow of use and what digital interfaces are involved..
Design Thinking and Design Studio
The participants will get a thorough understanding of the Diverge/Evaluate/Converge cycle based on Design Thinking Principles - Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test.
We will use Design Studio to sketch, present, discuss and refine multiple solutions.
who should attend
Anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they need to go from a rough idea to something more concrete (which is most people). Since the workshop is based on the principle of developing and refining ideas through the perspectives of others, a cross section of participants is encouraged.
